Building a Raw Materials Database for a Sustainable Supply Chain

Lokalizacja: On-line,

In 2017, Drive Sustainability launched the Raw Material Observatory, a standardized process to :

  • assess the sustainability risk of the top raw materials for the automotive sector;

  • identify potentially impactful activities that Drive Sustainability partners could pursue collectively to address such risk.

In 2018, the Raw Material Observatory, in collaboration with the Responsible Mineral Initiative and the Dragonfly Initiative, published the report „Material Change” on risks and opportunities for collective action in the materials supply chains of the automotive and electronic industries.

ABOUT THE WEBINAR

The Raw Material Observatory is now ready to move forward and convert the Material Change Report into an online database accessible to companies and initiatives from different sectors, providing updated information on risks and opportunities regarding a set of raw materials.

  • discuss critical issues and topics that should be covered by the database

  • explore possibilities of engagement in the database development

  • discover common learning opportunities

WHO SHOULD JOIN:

CSR Europe members, sector initiatives and companies.
