100 years of women’s suffrage. WORK, FAMILY, DEVELOPMENT – prospects for equal opportunities

„100 years of women’s suffrage. WORK, FAMILY, DEVELOPMENT – prospects for equal opportunities”- under this slogan the largest event of Polish Diversity Charter programme will take place on November 19. The conference will be carried out by the Responsible Business Forum in cooperation with the Diversity Congress.

The conference will summarize challenges of gender equality in Poland from the perspective of 100 years since the moment women gained the right to vote.

Together with the invited experts we will focus on the current situation, opportunities for women’s professional and personal development in the near future in Poland. We will also show that the topic of gender equality applies to all women, despite of their professional positions and aspirations.

1918-2018 from electoral rights to equal opportunities

Every year, the RBF sets out a theme for the activities carried out in the Diversity Charter. This year’s activities are dedicated to equalizing opportunities in the workplace of all groups exposed to discrimination, with particular emphasis on the situation of women. This is related to the hundredth anniversary of Polish women gaining electoral rights, which took place on November 28 of 1918.
