Summary study on CSR activities in the East Central European region

The Institute for World Economics of the Hungarian Academy of Science is intending to publish a summary study on CSR activities in the East Central European region in its quarterly journal, the “East European Studies”.

The summary study must present:

1. the CSR initiatives in the country (good practice)

1.1 initiatives of the SMEs, and

1.2 the large company spheres,

1.3 the initiatives of the local companies of multinationals

1. the role of the state (facilitator or hindrance)
2. characteristics of the mass media communication
3. general common talk on the subject

Deadline for papers: 17:00 on 23 April 2007. Length: 15,000–20,000 characters.

Approved papers shall be used to compile a summary paper in the printed journal in Hungarian and will also be downloadable from the website of the institute in English.
