CSR Conference – Scanning Future Scenarios

Centred around a future scenarios exercise, the day will provide a radical departure from the standard conference format. You will find yourself actively immersed in the topics being discussed and challenged to apply your skills and expertise to scenarios of a changing world.

Working in groups, you will be given one of three future scenarios. Each team will be set the challenge of building a successful, sustainable business in that world. You will hear from expert witnesses, who will give their opinion on how the future may affect your business, which will not only inform your team decisions, but also provide valuable insights to take back into your company.

  • Keynote insights and predictions from senior business figures including Sir Stuart Rose, CEO, Marks and Spencer and Chairman of Business in the Community, Guy Ruddle, Multimedia Editor, The Daily Telegraph, and Graham Neale, VP, GlaxoSmithKline.
  • Contributions from a series of guest expert witnesses and issues management experts.
  • A unique horizon-scanning exercise developed by Futerra and inspired by the BT Better Business Game, where delegates will be encouraged to build the most sustainable company based on future world scenarios.

The conference will take place on 14th February 2008 at QEII Conference Centre, London.
